KO Cell Lines
Ubigene은 약 8,000종 이상의 KO cell line(gene knockout cell lines)을 구축하였으며, 8개의 주요 signaling pathway, 주요 immune checkpoint, 다양한 질환(특히 cancer 관련 질환)에 걸쳐 수천 개의 유전자를 커버하고 있습니다. 해당 리스트는 지속적으로 확장되고 있습니다.
모든 KO cell line은 Sanger sequencing을 통해 검증되었으며, validation report와 STR authentication report가 함께 제공됩니다. 또한 mycoplasma-free 상태를 보장하며, 우수한 세포 생존율(viability)을 유지합니다.
