Promise Proteomics has developed a range of solutions to address the needs of bioanalytical scientists. Our stable-isotopically-labelled proteins (SIL-proteins) and mAbs (SIL-mAbs) are used as internal standards in quantification assays. They are produced in our ISO9001 certified facility in Grenoble, France.
Our SIL-products are produced in dedicated expression systems with protocols specifically developed and optimized by Promise Proteomics team to ensure high isotopic incorporation, (>98%), high purity (>95%) and stability.
We propose also a range of ready-to-use kits, including our SIL-mAbs, which should facilitate and speed-up the implementation of LC-MS quantitative assays targeting mAbs in your lab
[Abatacept – Labelled (Arg,Lys) 13C15N]
Product Description:
Labelled Abatacept is a recombinant, stable isotope labelled, human fusion protein consisting of extra cellular domain of human cytotoxicT-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4) linked to the Fc portion of human IgG1. Labelled Abatacept is designed for use as an internal standard for quantitative analysis of Abatacept in plasma samples. Abatacept is a selective T cell costimulation modulator indicated for treatment of rheumatoid arthrisis.
